I train international employees one to one or in small groups: team communication, customer contact, phone and email, specialist language, meetings and intercultural communication. Online via MS Teams or in person in the Tuttlingen area. The offer depends on participants, scope and goals, after a free first consultation.

Since 2017 I have taught integration courses and job-related German from A2 to C1 at the Volkshochschule Tuttlingen. I hold a qualification for job-related language courses B2/C1, and I have worked in medical technology myself since 2018, first in Customer Care Poland, since 2025 in Customer Service Export. I know the language of working life from both sides.

You receive an invoice. The price depends on the number of participants, scope and goals and is stated in the offer after the first consultation.
Is this a BAMF job-related language course?
No. Job-related language courses (Berufssprachkurse) are a programme administered by the BAMF. My training is a private offer that we plan around your needs.
What experience do you have with job-related German?
Since 2017 I have taught integration courses and job-related German A2 to C1 at the Volkshochschule Tuttlingen. I also hold a qualification for job-related language courses B2/C1 and have professional experience in customer service in medical technology.
